Precision Grinding Services and More

OD GRINDING

Our Precision O.D. Grinding Department can grind parts from 0.032”to 18” on diameter by up to 60 inches long. CNC and manual.

CENTERLESS GRINDING

We can centerless grind parts from .100 to 4.500 inch Diameter by 18 inches long, Infeed, thru feed or profile.

ID GRINDING

Our Internal Grinding Department’s dimension capabilities are from .250” to 18” in diameter by 14 inches deep. CNC and manual.

REPAIR SERVICES

We repair spindles, live centers and dead centers, seal diameters, hydraulic cylinders, rolls, and ballscrew journals.

VERTICAL GRINDING

Our multi-process ID and OD vertical grinder can grind diameters of up to 31.5″ by 19.1″ in length. Max. load capacity is over 1500 lbs.

ROTARY GRINDING

Rotary Surface Grinding allows for moderate stock removal. Rotary Grinding capabilities are 31.5″ in diameter by 12″ in height.
